Hi! i'm using slitaz 3.0 (stable) since the begining of this year and i love it. I've a question about updates. I use the comand "tazpkg upgrade" to update all packages... but it always says that "the system is up-to-date". I know tha perhaps the packages doesn`t have many updates but it always says that... since I installed. Is it normal to have no updates for so long?
Thanks!
Flea.

Pretty much, yes. The thing is that once a SliTaz stable is released, they tend to close the repository for it. There has however been a push by some members that the repository take on a more fluid design - changing with minor updates or bug fixes as needed. I hasn't gotten far yet.

The stable wok had 33 fixes or security updates since it was released. See:

Thanks both of you for your answers!
Maybe I have something wrongly configured. How can I check if I have these security updates installed? Do you recommend to use the cooking version in order to have more security?
Thanks again!
