could not install OpenOffice3

I have 3.0 Stable and am trying to install OpenOffice but all I'm getting is:

Usage: basename FILE [SUFFIX]

Strip directory path and suffixes from FILE.

IF specified, also remove any trailing SUFFIX.

Can't find VERSION. Abort.

I have also recharged the list but same result. What is the new version available right now?

Re: could not install OpenOffice3

I've decided to download libreoffice v4.0.3 from their site (.deb format). Wrote a script to convert everything from .deb to .tazpkg and install. Everything is working just fine. Thanks

Re: could not install OpenOffice3

SoftMaker Office is a good recommendation. It's an awesome office suite for all who need true compatibility with Microsoft Office, because it's the only that doesn't destroy formatting and opens any kind of MSO files adequately. Plus, it's fast and stable.

FreeOffice is good to try it out, if you need more functionalities it should be the commercial version SoftMaker Office (I paid $39 for three licenses as an upgrade rate, it includes free support).
