wifi broadcom 4313 on rolling: brcm firmware

rolling is trying (and fails) to load the (i believe correct) driver

dms | grep 802 returns:

cfg80211: calling CRDA to update world regulatory domain

iEEE80211 ĥy0: brcmsmac: fail to load firmware brcm/bcm43xx-0.fw

iEEE80211 ĥy0: brcmsmac: Failed to find firmware usually in /lib/firmware/brcm

it seems to be the driver loaded by ubuntu to make it work

Installs these firmware files:

/lib/firmware/brcm/bcm4329-fullmac-4.bin

/lib/firmware/brcm/brcmfmac4329.bin

/lib/firmware/brcm/brcmfmac43236b.bin

/lib/firmware/brcm/bcm43xx-0.fw

/lib/firmware/brcm/brcmfmac4330.bin

/lib/firmware/brcm/bcm43xx_hdr-0.fw

Unlicensed firmware is not allowed on the slitaz wok/repo/mirror/server.

I see. My fault, I had missed it was a link. Will try it.

I had tried 4.0 in the meantime, which did not detect the wlan0 4313 card.

I found an older post where I think you have been part from someone who ended up making his 4313 run; not working here though. Is there anything obvious I am missing with 4.0 for 4313 ??
