Looking at smbclient receipt I found out that sbclient depends on samba-common and bunch of packages that are already in samba-common like: libldap, libssl, cyrus-sasl, readline, ncurses, popt, libcap. Also samba and smbclient both depend on glibc-extra-samba. Should't than glibc-extra-samba belong to samba-common? Popt is dependency of samba, smbclient and samba-common. Would't it be enough for samba-common to depend on popt?
