Mail from scn works.
Create user with scn (wordpress). Mail = OK
Register or create user withe the Forum.Mail = KO
Any idea?

+1 mojo! Didn't even think of it as being an extension related error. This saves me some work.

There is still an issue with the mailing list - i subscribed with my new mail-address in those problem days - but I dont get mails to the new mail and I cant send from the new mail.
I also can not unsubscribe and whenever I subscribe I get the message - You are already subscribed to this list.
Its nasty, because I just can write to the list with my old address through webmail
