cupsd file permission was not executable

   I noticed that the cupsd file inside the cups slitaz package file permission was not executable. Please fix file permission before packing it. Thank you

   Cupsd must be run by the root user
   cf http://cook.slitaz.org/index.cgi?files=cups

   -r-x------ 1 root root 357532 Jan 21 12:30 /usr/sbin/cupsd
