SliTaz is absolutely cool.
I cannot believe how cool.
Anyway I hit a package conundrum in the
live CD world: flashrom.org is not an
available package like in some other
distros...understandably, but read on...
The issue is that SliTaz can't *build*
flashrom, either. A required dep is not
in the SliTaz repos.

Now SliTaz *has* pciutils, but *not* pciutils-dev,
i.e. pci source headers.
Adding prebuilt flashrom to the repos
would also be good.
SliTaz makes older PCs sing, and
many could run coreboot.org payloads
burned by flashrom into the BIOS. In fact
SliTaz kernels could be explored as a
BIOS option! One coreboot.org payload
is a Linux kernel. (I've never tried it.)

Thanks team!
