Hello, I love Slitaz I have to say it is an awesome distro but , I have 1 problem
when I try to start up it crashes

The weard thing is that it works perferctly on lubuntu.I changed to slitaz because it is way faster and better looking for me :) .So yeah here is my glxinfo

When does it crash? Does anything show up? Do you get a Mojang logo?
I had a problem with mine that it crashed after showing a black screen however this was fixed by updating the LWJGL (google it).

SliTaz is NOT Ubuntu! If it works in ubuntu does NOT mean that it automatically works in SliTaz, Download approperate drivers for you graphics card, check if there is some dependencies that needs to be downloaded and then try again.

What card do you use and such, that is always helpfull information to include in the first post.

Ok thanks a lot I got to fix it I updated the lwgjl again and reinstalled xorg.. thanks a lot really ! but I still have a question how can I open a jar file in slitaz? I have peazip but I cant add files with it I need something like archive manager do you know some software that can do it?

EDIT: I found a post which says that .jar files are zipped java programs so you could unzip it with "unzip" package and then repack it with "zip".

Yeah I red the post... did every command I was sure that had everything I needed.But im not really sure how did I fixed it..I updated lwgjl and tryed.. nothing still crashing.. then I researched for driver for my graphics card wich is an Ati mobility radeon 7500 and I didnt find anything only some commands to add to the xorg.conf and the 60-device.conf , reinstalled xorg , restarted and it worked! And unzip unzips the jar I need to add files to it there some software called archive manager for ubuntu that is just what I need Thanks for the replies!!

Yes, but if you unzip it then you can add the files, while unzipped and then rezip it :-)

#1 - have ATI on my laptop, what cli will identify my specific graphics card?
#2 - once identified, how will I know what driver to download and, where the driver is located?
