How to install a converted .deb package after converting it to tazpkg ?

Well after downloading the xscreensaver.deb packages and all its dependencies I converted it to .tazpkg, but the problem I can't seem to figure out how to install the package. I'm not sure how the converter works so I downloaded all the dependency packages just in case, but I can't seem to get the package to install.

Ive tried this command: tazpkg install| xscreensaver-3.34.3.tazpkg (unless I'm doing it correctly, also I changed directory to my home/usrname/)

and get this: sh:xscreensaver-3.34.3.tazpkg not found....

Also the manual doesn't have help on installing a local package. So if anyone can kindly help me that would be appreciated...

Two things.

Firstly: seawolf already did all the hard work for you @ http://people.slitaz.org/~seawolf/Packages/xscreensaver/

Secondly: Yes, you install local packages using the tazpkg install command. However, you're using tazpkg install with a pipe character after the last l in install. In Linux you use the pipe character ( | ) to send the output from one command to another command. That's why it's giving you that error. Just run tazpkg install without the pipe character after the last letter in install.
