Hi, you cannot install Flash plugin offline because it is not proposed. What is proposed is a script that will download the latest reliable Flash plugin distribution on official Adobe website, pack it in a suitable SliTaz package and then install it.
It is made this way because of SliTaz philosophy of free open source software *only*, that Flash plugin does not belong to.
The only side way is too download the Flash plugin software installer from Adobe website and then reproduce manually the packaging and installing steps as detailed in get-flash-plugin shell script that would otherwise do this job for you.
This implies that you can easily do some commandline work: reading, analyzing and adapting some shell source code.In addition, I would suggest to begin to search this really common caveat on the bulletin board before asking. As an example, this search may bring you one or several parts of the "how-to" answer... ;-}
