I get errors when I try to recharge

When I try to do a tazpkg recharge I get errors for each file saying the files exist.

Connecting to mirror.switch.ch (130.59.10.36:80)
wget: can't open 'packages.list': File exists

I am guessing that because of the errors, the files don't get downloaded. Any ideas? The site pings ok.

First output in terminal when you run tazpkg recharge
Creating backup of the last packages list... [ Done ]
If that fails to rename existing packages.list to packages.list.bak then wget won't overwrite existing file of same name.
Open terminal, login as root.
Type:
pcmanfm
Hit Enter key
Navigate to /var/lib/tazpkg in pcmanfm
Delete the files that are highlighted in the png
Open another terminal,login as root
tazpkg recharge
It should download all the files without error.
Go back to pcmanfm and delete the file named ID
To allow recharge delete ID file or you get "Main is up to date"
Rerun
tazpkg recharge
You should see in terminal output:
Creating backup of the last packages list... [ Done ]
All package*,mirrors,files.list.lzma should download without error.

Yup, that fixed it. Now I have packages there to install, and was able to install one, so I'm good.
