   need howto install install_flash_player_11_linux.i386.tar.gz

   currently, flash_player_10 installed, but YouTube balking with notice to update from Adobe
   downloaded install_flash_player_11_linux.i386.tar.gz from Adobe

   #mv libflashplayer.so /usr/share/flash
