Don't use the aircrack-ng iso of SliTaz, it's based on the cooking version before SliTaz 3. Rather get the aircrack-ng package from the repository with the latest SliTaz. The other thing you may need is called John the Ripper, or john as it's called in the package repository. Basically, it's a password cracking suite that works pretty well. Next get testdisk, which allows you to recover deleted files on most file systems. It has two programs, testdisk and photorec which recovers whole partitions or files respectively.
That's off the top of my head. There may be other security related tools in SliTaz, so have a look around.
Also a thing to note, Linux tends to bypass Windows login passwords when mounting unencrypted Windows partitions. I use it all the time to get at data that the Windows Admin account doesn't give me access to.
