is it possible to have a newer kernel version ( like 4.19 ) on th rolling repo to do test on UEFI support on slitaz.

I doubt that that it'd come on the rolling soon
But e.g. currently I have on SliTaz NEXT:
* kernel 4.17.7Currently, installing NEXT is a little "tricky", though (1).
I wonder if a search in the forum for UEFI might help? (I assume you did that already?)
Also: you could build your own kernel (search forum, I remember some howtos there)

kernel 4.17.7 would be a good start.
Where can i can find the receipt for kernel 4.17.7 ? with this i would start to work on a kernel 4.19

on the packages site, e.g.
* http://packages.slitaz.org/?receipt=linux&version=n
Keep in mind, this is for NEXT, search around for the SliTaz version you need
