For those that don't know, I recently lost my account with a free host and most of the content I hosted there. I since moved to a paid host, remade my packages (with no external dependencies needed anymore!) and cleaned them up. It's includes Games, Applications and most importantly, any most emulators you may need, so go check it out @ http://www.trixarian.za.net/SliTaz
My Packages are back up

Nice) But why not add them to cooking?

Hi @Trixar_za,
You can ask for a people account (people.slitaz.org) and host your packages there. You can also push them to the undigest wok while the cooking wok is frozen.

@devl547 @Claudinei I have sent a email to pankso with my details, but I'm unsure if he got it.
A few other things too. My packages are mostly converts from debian, slackware and a few hand made package that got packed with tazpkg pack. I do deconstruct the converts, clean them up (removing parts like man pages) and repackage them. If possible I also merge in external libs (which aren't provided by the SliTaz repository) or data files into the binary package. This kind of leaves me with hybrid packages. I also tend to leave the symlinks in place rather than make the effort of adding it to the receipt (which would be better).
Another thing is that many of those emulators are now in the cooking repository (thanks to godane, devl547 and Gok). This leave only the packages that either are too old (like gens) or they update too frequently (like ManaPlus, ScummVM and Firefox).
All this together makes me unsure if they would really be acceptable for the repository.

>they would really be acceptable for the repository.
Well, if they compile and someone uses them - why not.

Technically, I didn't compile them. I just converted and repackaged mostly pre-compiled programs. Sakis3g is a little different since it is a bash script and the Firefox package updates itself.
Then again, wouldn't mind a space to host them that won't disappear when my website goes down :/

For those that wondered what happened to my website, the domain got changed from trixarian.za.net to trixarian.net so the new address is http://www.trixarian.net/SliTaz for my packages - you can still access my site by clicking on my nickname/username here.

Thanks for sharing your website here. At the moment I am also using a free web host but I am looking for a paid web hosting provider and I think I will choose IX webhosting. http://www.ixwebhosting.com/ I compared different hosting provider and they have the best offer for me.

It appears your url is http://www.trixarian.net/SliTaz and not http://www.trixarian.za.net/SliTaz as mentioned above :-)
